Add Additional Questions

Use additional questions if you are using Sparxo for registration in addition to ticketing and need to ask additional questions. You can collect meal options, lead information, t-shirt size, and more. All this information is stored in the ticket database.

Applies to	Ask this question to All Tickets or a specific ticket level.
	Ask this question once per transaction or for each ticket purchased.
Question Label	This is the label for the question being asked.
Help Text	Use this if additional instructions are needed for the question.
Question Types	Text Box – Simple fill in the text box Dropdown List – Select one choice out of many Checkbox – Select multiple choices out of many

Ask Each Attendee

If you are asking for information for each attendee, you must check “Send tickets to multiple ticket holders” in Advanced Event Settings.

Locating Answers to your Custom Additional Question

As your attendees register, you can find their responses or answers to your questions under Question Data. We designed all attendee information to easily be found in one section under Manage for each event. All data regarding your attendees is found by clicking Manage on your home page dashboard, and then “guests”. Data for attendees is separated into 4 categories: Ticket Data, Payments Data, Questions Data, and Referrals Data. All of the answers to your Additional Questions can quickly and easily be found and exported by going to Questions Data and clicking “Export”.
