We suggest adding FAQ to the following locations to ensure your attendees are aware of the information:

  3. Email confirmation page 

Here is a list of commonly asked questions or FAQ from event attendees. We understand that not all of the below questions may apply to you or your event. Feel free to pick the ones that apply to your event and attendees as well as add more. We believe it’s better to think ahead and try to communicate as much as possible to your attendees beforehand to minimize confusion and customer service questions.

 

What is your refund policy?

Your answer here. If you do accept refunds, you can let the attendee know that 100% is refunded back to them. Both Sparxo and Stripe do not keep a fee on refunded tickets.
